Due to an unexpected illness and the resulting backlog, we are temporarily unable to accept any machines for service or add new machines to our service request list. We know this is inconvenient and frustrating, and we are truly sorry.
This unexpected emergency caught us without a solid Plan B in place, and we sincerely apologize for that.We want you to know that we are actively taking steps to create a stronger Plan B and correct this so that we are better prepared in the future.
If your machine is already in our care and you are unable to wait, you are welcome to pick it up at any point. Please know we are working diligently to get caught up, but our capacity is limited at the moment.

To help maintain an even flow of machines and try to eliminate long waits for your machine, we are moving to an appointment booking. You will book a week to bring in your machine and then from that point we are expecting 2 weeks for it to be returned. Please call today to schedule your spa day.
When dropping off your machine please us please use this Service Checklist to make sure that you bring all the necessary parts for your machine service. We are cannot work on machines without bobbin cases, stitch plates, and a presser foot capable of a zig zag.
P.S. if you find yourself panicking at the thought of being without a machine… this might be the perfect moment to justify that backup you’ve been eyeing. 😉
Material Girls Quilt Boutique has a Bernina Certified Technician who services all Bernina Machines along with all other brands. You can drop off your machine for service and repair any day of the week.
All the work is done in-house.
